İşveren’in başlıca görevlerinden biri çalışanlara temel iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimi almalarını sağlamaktır. Bu eğitimin işyerinin bulunduğu tehlike sınıfına göre belirli aralıklarda ve belirli sürelerde verilmesi zorunludur. Özellikle çalışan işe başlamadan önce, çalışma yeri veya görev değişikliklerinde, iş ekipmanlarının değişmesi veya teknolojik olarak güncellenmesi halinde bu eğitim verilmesi çok önemlidir.
EĞİTİM TARİHLERİ VE SÜRELERİ
•Çok tehlikeli sınıfta yer alan işyerlerinde yılda en az bir defa ve 16 saat
•Tehlikeli sınıfta yer alan işyerlerinde 2 yılda en az bir defa ve 12 saat
•Az tehlikeli sınıfta yer alan işyerlerinde 3 yılda en az bir defa ve 8 saat
