“Binaların Yangından Korunması Hakkında Yönetmelik” ile “İşyerlerinde Acil Durumlar Hakkında Yönetmelik” çerçevesin de kurulması zorunlu olan Acil Durum Ekiplerine, bina, site, iş yeri v.b. yerler de olası acil durum ve yangınların önlemesi, yangın anında doğru davranış tarzlarının kazandırılması ile yangınla mücadele, söndürme konularında eğitim vererek, yangınları önlemek ve başlangıç halinde müdahale ederek can ve mal kayıplarını en az seviyede tutmaktır.
